Victoria Varela, Valli’s longtime representative, clarified the situation to Variety on Friday. “He is not retired. This is false,” she asserted, shortly after various media outlets ran headlines proclaiming, “Frankie Valli retires from performing after 60 years on the stage.” To clarify, Valli has actually been performing for 75 years.

Health Concerns and Break from Touring
