The Future Awaits: What’s Next for ‘Heated Rivalry’ Stars?

As the buzz surrounding the cast of ‘Heated Rivalry’ continues to grow, many fans are eager to discover what the future holds for its talented stars. From voice acting in new series to directing indie films and taking on challenging roles, each actor is carving out a unique path in Hollywood. Here’s a closer look at the exciting upcoming projects for Hudson Williams, Connor Storrie, and their fellow cast members, revealing their latest career moves and ambitions post-‘Heated Rivalry.’

Hudson Williams: A Voice and a Vision

Hudson Williams, who portrayed Shane Hollander in ‘Heated Rivalry,’ is currently lending his voice to the fae prince Finn in the original series Ember & Ice. The third episode is set to premiere this week, showcasing Hudson’s versatility in voice acting. Beyond this, he has several short films lined up and has recently joined forces with the prestigious talent agency CAA.

Before ‘Heated Rivalry’ was released, Hudson was busy working on a project titled Yoko Loko. He describes it as “probably the most ambitious one I’ve done within four or five years,” offering a glimpse into the life of a middle-aged drug dealer grappling with her identity. “It’s about this middle-aged woman named Yoko, who is a kind of badass drug dealer, and she has this interesting dichotomy between wanting to be Audrey Hepburn and then other days wanting to be like Tupac,” he explained to The Permanent Rain Press. The project aims to serve as a proof of concept for a feature film adaptation.

In addition to his ongoing endeavors, Hudson is slated to appear in the highly anticipated Netflix series The Altruists, which features prominent stars like Julia Garner and Anthony Boyle. Hudson’s character will be based on a real-life individual linked to the notorious cryptocurrency exchange FTX, with Barack and Michelle Obama serving as executive producers.

Connor Storrie: A New Direction

Connor Storrie, who played Ilya Rozanov, shares the spotlight in Ember & Ice as well, voicing the character Dane in the same series. Episode three is also making its debut this week, adding to his busy schedule. Just before he began promoting ‘Heated Rivalry,’ Connor completed filming his directorial debut, Transaction Planet, shot entirely on an iPhone.

In a conversation with Interview magazine, Connor revealed, “I have yet to finish [it,] that’s going into post soon.” He candidly shared the financial risks involved in pursuing this passion project, stating, “I spent a solid amount of the money that I had left from ‘Heated Rivalry’,” humorously noting the potential necessity of returning to a serving job if his movie didn’t succeed. His film, described as “super absurdist and bizarre,” features an alien spirit that inhabits a random 25-year-old human body and embarks on a wild journey.

Additionally, Connor is set to star in an indie film titled April X, focusing on twin siblings Baxter (played by Storrie) and April (Lilly Krug) in a dystopian Russia. The plot thickens when April goes missing, driving Baxter to navigate a challenging, surreal metropolis to find her.

Much like his co-star Hudson, Connor has also reportedly signed with the same talent agency, CAA, though there has been no official announcement regarding this move.

As the careers of Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie continue to flourish post-‘Heated Rivalry,’ fans can expect to see them tackle diverse roles and explore new creative avenues. With such exciting projects on the horizon, the future looks bright for these talented stars.
