Nikki Glaser, having hosted the 2026 Golden Globes herself, was quick to laud Conan O’Brien’s exceptional work at the Oscars. She wasn’t shy about sharing her admiration, confidently offering “two thumbs up” for his hosting role. During an exclusive chat with E! Standout Performance
Nikki didn’t hold back her accolades, awarding Conan an “A+” for his engaging presence during the ceremony. Reflecting on a preview of his monologue, she recalled, “He killed it last year. I knew he was going to kill it again this year.” Her comments highlighted Conan’s consistent ability to captivate audiences, underscoring the high regard his comedic style commands among peers.
Constant Evolution and Updates
While Nikki Glaser was enamored with the preview of Conan’s monologue, she observed the necessary adjustments he made leading up to the Oscars. She emphasized the importance of keeping content relevant, noting, “Things come out of the news cycle and then they don’t work anymore, so you have to keep updating it.” This adaptability is crucial in maintaining the freshness and relatability of his material, ensuring his performance resonates with the audience.
