Milania Giudice's Shocking Journey Through Anger Management Classes

The legal troubles for Milania Giudice, the 20-year-old daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, are ongoing. Following her recent arrest for assault, Milania is taking steps to address her actions and move forward.

Enrollment in Anger Management

During a court hearing on August 11, Milania’s attorney, Alan Kraminsky, revealed that she has enrolled in anger management classes. This decision comes three months after her arrest in May, stemming from an incident in Montville, New Jersey.

Details from the Court Hearing

At the virtual appearance in Montville Township Municipal Court, Kraminsky informed the judge that the prosecutor had requested a postponement of Milania’s next hearing. The request was made to allow her to complete the anger management course. The judge, recognizing the need for the state to review discovery and consult with officers involved in the case, agreed to reschedule the next hearing to September 29.

Allegations of Assault

Milania’s legal issues began with her arrest in May. During a court hearing on July 14, Judge Vincent Failla stated that she allegedly “did knowingly cause bodily injury to another, specifically by striking the victim L.R. in the head with her fist, causing redness to the middle of the victim’s forehead, during a domestic dispute,” according to reports.

As the case progresses, E! News has reached out to Kraminsky for further comment but is yet to receive a response. The upcoming court date will be critical in determining the path forward for Milania Giudice as she engages in her anger management program.
