While heavily inspired by the rich tapestry of R&B and hip-hop from various eras, Thomas remains committed to infusing freshness into his music. “In R&B, we do sing a lot about love,” he notes, “but there are many different ways to frame that.” His focus on revitalizing the genre includes incorporating lively tempos and real instrumentation, like live drums, into his tracks to maintain relevance and vibrancy within the club scene.

After serving as a supporting act on Bruno Mars’ The Romantic Tour, Thomas recently graced the stage at Lollapalooza on his birthday, August 1st. Celebrating with fans, he performed live and later joined T-Mobile’s exclusive Club Magenta events, where he mingled with attendees, handed out vinyls, and enjoyed classic tunes spun by Toney Handsome.
