When Justin Bieber stepped into Dodger Stadium to support his hometown team, the Toronto Blue Jays, fans not only noticed his enthusiasm for the game but also his stylish choice of attire. The pop sensation sported a unique “Bieber” Blue Jays jersey at the World Series matchup against the Los Angeles Dodgers. This unexpected show of support quickly became a trending topic, sparking interest in where fans could snag their own Bieber-inspired jersey online.
A Unique Twist: The “Bieber” Jersey
At the highly anticipated World Series game, Justin Bieber wore a Blue Jays jersey with “Bieber” emblazoned on the back. However, the name honored not the singer himself but Blue Jays pitcher Shane Bieber. Shane, a two-time MLB All-Star and former Cy Young Award winner, joined the Toronto ranks in July and has since played a pivotal role in their playoff push. This jersey, resembling the Jays’ alternate powder blue uniform, became a must-have for fans eager to celebrate both the team and the pop star.
How to Get the Bieber Blue Jays Jersey
The buzz around the Bieber Blue Jays jersey means it’s flying off the virtual shelves. Available through the team’s official website, this limited-edition jersey might not last long. For those seeking something even more personalized, Fanatics.com offers fans the chance to customize their own Blue Jays jersey. Choose “Bieber” with Shane’s number 57, or opt for Justin’s favorite numbers, 7 or 94, to make it even more personal.
Customization Options and More
If jerseys aren’t your style, you can still embrace the Bieber spirit with a customized Blue Jays “Winning Streak” T-shirt. This royal blue tee, available on Fanatics in sizes small to 5XL, offers another way for fans to support both Biebers. Add Shane Bieber’s name and number, or insert your own personalized text to stand out in the crowd.
A History of Bieber Connections
The connection between the two Biebers extends beyond the World Series. In 2019, Shane wore a “Not Justin” uniform for Players Weekend, prompting Justin to humorously respond with a “Not Shane Bieber” shirt. This playful banter highlights the camaraderie between the two, despite not being related. Attending the game with his wife Hailey, Justin Bieber brought added star power to an already thrilling baseball event.
Whether you’re a fan of baseball, music, or both, the Bieber Blue Jays jersey offers a fun way to join in the excitement. As interest surges, securing this trendy piece of sportswear might just be a home run.
