Despite dropping out in 2016, Mendler’s academic pursuits didn’t end there. She later earned a master’s degree in humanity and technology from MIT and completed her law studies at Harvard Law School in 2024. Today, Mendler is the co-founder and CEO of Northwood Space, based in El Segundo, California, where she focuses on mass-producing antennae for space satellites. Personally, she married Griffin Cleverly in 2019 and expanded her family with the adoption of a son in late 2022.
