The Reason Behind Alex Vesia’s Absence
Alex Vesia’s absence from the World Series roster raised questions, but team members were quick to address their united front. “With him not being here, I think it was just a matter of showing that we’re united with him and Kayla at this time,” explained the rookie relief pitcher, who shares a strong bond with Vesia as his daily catch partner. By prioritizing family and support, the Dodgers have demonstrated that the well-being of their players extends beyond the game.
Team Dynamics and Support
Despite missing his contributions on the field, the Dodgers have maintained an air of resilience. “We could really use him here, but at the end of the day, we’re a family. So we’re going to help support him however we can,” the pitcher added. This testament to their camaraderie underscores the way the team values personal connections as much as professional success. This support is a cornerstone of their strategy as they navigate the World Series without Alex Vesia.

For us, it was doing whatever small part we could to just 100 percent be supportive.” This emphasis on prioritizing Vesia’s needs underscores a commitment to player welfare that resonates throughout the team.
