Home Sauna Buying Guide
Here’s what to consider when selecting the best splurge-worthy at-home sauna, focusing on size, material, and other critical features:
Size: Saunas range from compact models for one or two people to larger versions for up to seven. Assess your needs for personal or shared use to determine the best fit for your space.
Material: Most saunas are made from wood or PVC. Wooden models offer a traditional feel and are more durable, while PVC is lighter, cheaper, and more portable, though potentially less long-lasting.
Heat: Choose between infrared and traditional saunas based on your preference. Infrared provides efficient, dry heat directly to the body, while traditional saunas offer an authentic experience with steam or stove-heated air.
