Kim Kardashian Shares Bar Exam Struggle: Stylish but Not a Lawyer

Kim Kardashian, the reality TV star turned aspiring legal professional, has revealed her latest attempt at the California bar exam ended without success. While she may not yet hold the title of lawyer, her commitment to achieving this goal is unwavering. Kardashian’s journey reflects both her determination and her ability to balance multiple career paths, showcasing her drive to make a difference in the legal field.

Kardashian’s Bar Exam Journey

Over the weekend, Kim Kardashian shared a candid update via her Instagram Stories about not passing the bar exam she took earlier this summer. “Well…I’m not a lawyer yet, I just play a very well-dressed one on TV,” she humorously noted. Despite the setback, Kardashian remains committed to her dream. “Six years into this law journey, and I’m still all in until I pass the bar. No shortcuts, no giving up — just more studying and even more determination,” she added.

Her journey has seen its share of challenges, having previously failed the bar exam three times. However, in 2021, she successfully passed the “baby bar,” a significant milestone in her legal education.

Inspiration and Aspirations

Kardashian’s pursuit of a legal career is fueled by her passion for criminal justice reform. She has been engaging in an apprenticeship program in California, a path chosen due to its hands-on experience. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Kardashian shared her aspirations, stating, “I want to finish law school and then my ultimate goal is to open up a firm that hires formerly incarcerated people.”

This vision for her future legal work aligns with her family’s legacy in law, as her late father, Robert Kardashian, was a well-known attorney.

Balancing Entertainment and Education

While not yet a lawyer, Kardashian is exploring the legal world through her role in Ryan Murphy’s show, All’s Fair, where she portrays a lawyer. Despite mixed reviews from critics, including a less-than-glowing assessment from THR’s TV critic Angie Han, the show has become quite popular with viewers, topping Hulu’s charts.

Kardashian’s playful response to critics on Instagram showed her resilience: “Have you tuned in to the most critically acclaimed show of the year!?!?!?” alongside a series of engaging photos and memes.

Kim Kardashian’s journey towards becoming a lawyer is a testament to her perseverance and commitment to her goals. Despite not passing the bar exam yet, she continues to inspire through her dedication to both her legal studies and her passion for criminal justice reform.
