Cross Canadian Ragweed Set to Electrify 2026 Mile 0 Festival

Cross Canadian Ragweed is set to electrify the 2026 Mile 0 Festival, returning to the stage as one of the headline acts. Known for their influential role in the Red Dirt music scene, the band will bring their signature sound to the festival, which takes place from January 27 to 31 in Key West, Florida. With previous high-energy performances and a passionate fanbase, their presence at Mile 0 is highly anticipated.

A Triumphant Return to the Stage

After headlining stadium shows during their 2025 reunion tour, Cross Canadian Ragweed will transition into festival mode for 2026. Rolling Stone reports that the band, following their successful reappearance, is excited to join the lineup for Mile 0 Fest. Cody Canada, the band’s charismatic frontman, expressed enthusiasm for the festival, which has become a cherished venue for them.

“Last year at Mile 0 was our first time together on stage in 16 years,” Canada shared. “With the fantastic year we had in ’25, it seemed like we should do it again. Mile 0 kind of became our good luck charm, and we’re looking forward to seeing old friends.”

A Star-Studded Lineup

The 2026 Mile 0 Festival promises a remarkable lineup, featuring stars like Stephen Wilson Jr., Randy Rogers Band, Shane Smith and the Saints, and Kaitlin Butts. Fans will also enjoy performances by The Departed, Cody Canada’s project since Ragweed’s 2010 break, maintaining its tradition of gracing the main stage.

Taking place at the 3,500-capacity Coffee Butler Amphitheater, the festival has a history of hosting acclaimed artists such as Tyler Childers and Jason Isbell, making Cross Canadian Ragweed’s participation an exciting highlight.

Bringing the Heat to Key West

Festival director Kyle Carter, who shares a longstanding friendship with Cody Canada, revealed that the band eagerly approached him in September about joining the lineup. Carter believes this year will be particularly special due to the addition of Cross Canadian Ragweed.

“After that long of pent-up demand, we got to see what this band’s real value is last year,” Carter remarked. “The idea that we’re going to get them on a two-by-four mile island at the southernmost point in the United States is pretty spectacular.”

Exciting Plans on the Horizon

Cross Canadian Ragweed has more in store for fans, announcing two additional “Boys From Oklahoma” concerts co-headlined by the Turnpike Troubadours in 2026. These shows include an April return to Stillwater and an August performance at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Memorial Stadium, showcasing acts like Cody Jinks and Flatland Cavalry.

Kyle Carter anticipates releasing the final daily lineup and schedule for Mile 0 Festival by mid-November, ensuring fans have plenty to look forward to.
