Chase Stokes, the star of the hit Netflix series “Outer Banks,” is setting the record straight regarding rumors surrounding potential plastic surgery. While fans speculate about transformation, Stokes reveals that his impressive physique is the result of an intensified fitness regimen rather than any surgical enhancements.
A New Morning Routine
Stokes has made significant changes to his daily routine. “Now, I wake up at 7 a.m., fast until 10 or 11, and have a hearty breakfast,” he explained. This shift in his morning habits is just the beginning of a transformative lifestyle. After breakfast, he heads to the gym, returning home for a protein shake followed by another protein boost later in the day.
Intensified Gym Sessions
Since departing from his role as John B., the character he portrayed on the show, Stokes has ramped up his gym sessions. “There was a lot of lighter weight, higher reps with John B. to sort of keep that lean look, and now, it’s a lot more of heavy compound lifts,” he shared. His current training resembles that of a football player with exercises such as cleans, squats, Bulgarian split squats, deadlifts, and for the first time in a while, he’s benching and aiming to hit maximums.
Confronting Surgery Speculations
Amid the swirl of plastic surgery rumors, Stokes’s commitment to fitness and training clearly marks his approach to maintaining his physique. “If I were to ever go under the knife instead of the bench press,” he remarked, “I’d be far from the first member of Hollywood to do so.” However, for the time being, it appears that his focused workouts and dietary changes are steering him away from any such decisions.
As Stokes continues to evolve, his dedication to a rigorous workout regimen stands as a testament to his commitment to health and fitness, dismissing rumors and focusing on building strength, all while enjoying his success on-screen.
