Lively expressed her resolve to continue fighting, stating, “I will never stop doing my part in fighting to expose the systems and people who seek to harm, shame, silence and retaliate against victims.” She appreciates the court’s ruling that allows her to present the core of her case to a jury, providing an opportunity to share her story fully.
