Adam Demos knows he struck gold with his role in the hit Netflix series Sex/Life. The show, which ran from 2021 to 2023, emerged as a cultural phenomenon, and at 41 years old, Demos expresses his gratitude for the opportunity.
A Fond Memory of His Time on the Show
During the premiere of his new movie Spa Weekend on August 7, Demos shared his deep affection for the character he portrayed. “I love that character,” he told E! News. “I love that show, and the fact that it really took off too. Fans seemed to love it, and I loved it.”
Closure on the Series
Despite the show’s loyal fan base that still hopes for more episodes, Demos feels that Sex/Life reached a natural conclusion. He reflected, “I think some things just end, and I think they bookended it pretty well. But yeah, that was a really, really cool opportunity.”
His Experience During Filming
Looking back on his time filming in Toronto, particularly during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, Demos cherishes the memories made throughout that unique period. His experience on the show remains a highlight of his career, demonstrating the impact that Sex/Life has had on him professionally and personally.
